2. What data we process

We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide when contacting us — by e-mail or via the Signal messenger. This typically includes your name, e-mail address, and the content of your message.

3. Why we process it

• to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• to prepare and perform a contract for our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• to comply with legal obligations, e.g. accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in that process your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

5. Server logs

Our hosting provider stores standard server logs (IP address, time of request, requested resource) for security and diagnostics. Logs are not used to identify visitors.

6. Data retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the period required by law, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
